This position configures & maintains Windows servers, network printers & scanners. Serves as second level support for help desk. Work in the design, testing and evaluation of systems. Develop procedures on installation & troubleshooting of server hardware & software to maintain the integrity of systems. Researches emergent technologies to identify & incorporate relevant techniques to existing agency structures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in IT or a related field; or 4 yrs work exp in network administration in Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 LAN/WAN environment.
